Joel Rivlin
Joel Rivlin, originally from the north of England, moved to Madison to study political science and research methodology at the UW in 2001. He now heads Vilas Consulting, working with progressive candidates and organizations. Joel works on a range of political and civic engagement projects and his specialty is using data and analytics to target communications in the most effective and efficient ways. He lives in Madison with his wife Ann and children Abby and Toby.
